The American Association of Corporate Gender Strategists was founded in 2018 to solidify a standard, evidence-based approach to alleviating gender bias in the American workplace.
Our goal is to empower, train, and equip individuals to make real progress.
We do this by providing resources and support structures (trainings, peer networks, research-backed tools, and advisory sessions) such work demands.

Femily is a management consultant who is Silicon Valley's Gender/Inclusion Advisor. With her Masters' degree in Gender/Cultural Studies, Femily helps tech companies advance women, foster inclusion, and reduce gender bias.
