ABOUT THE AACGS
The American Association of Corporate Gender Strategists was founded in 2018 to solidify a standard, evidence-based approach to alleviating gender bias in the American workplace.
Our goal is to help companies make real progress on recruiting, retention, culture, and advancement by equipping ERG leaders and inclusion consultants to confidently lead this work within unique teams and various company cultures.
We do this by providing resources and support structures (trainings, peer networks, research-backed tools, and advisory sessions) such work demands.
